MARCH-Washington County officials see to it that a 96 year-old covered bridge that collapsed into Ten Mile CreeK in West Beth twp. is removed. According to records it collapsed under its own weight, and there are concerns by the county that the wreckage could dam up the creek and cause flooding. The situation was declared an emergency.
