MARCH-31st-Resort Lots for sale at Marianna. The lots are on the Lone Pine/Marianna road on the Lone Pine side of Coles Hill at Vanda Acres (the house is now gone). Locals ski in this area. The ad states this: Lots are now available for sale at $1,000 at the Vanda Acres Resort, Marianna, Pa. Facilities currently under construction including fishing, swimming, tennis, nine-hole golf course, camping, picnic grounds, private party and nightclub facility. Winter sports will consist of skiing, tobogganing and snow-mobiles. Under construction if a small airport for skydiving and small planes. 




This was on the Lone Pine/Marianna road on the Lone Pine side of Coles hill, at Vanda Acres (the house is gone). Locals used to go skiing in this area, according to a resident.
