Dogs are also NOT statues. Please DO NOT leave your dog tied-out to suffer in this HEAT. If you know someone doing this, report them by calling 911. Pennsylvania has a law that does not allow dogs in hot cars, it's called "Libre's Law". If the officer you call does nothing, let it be known to the public that it is the ACT itself that saves lives, not the law. If no one enforces the law, dogs still die. Fact.
