Embracing Wheat: A Year of Soil Restoration

This year, we decided to forgo the traditional garden and opted to cultivate wheat, alongside a small patch of rye. Wheat is renowned for its soil-restoring properties.

Maybe our future doesn't have to be based upon the past.
