Last Will and Testament of Benjamin Bigler
In the name of God. Amen. I Benjamin Bigler of West-Bethlehem Township County of Washington And State of Pennsylvania, Being sick and weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, do make and declare this to be my will and testament, in manner following that is to say. I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and charges of proving this my will, be in the first-place fully paid and satisfied. And after payment-thereof I give and bequeath to Mary Ann Bigler my lawful wife, All my Estate real and personal, for and during her life and after her death. I empower my executor to sell the said property and dispose of it Equally among my legal heirs And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint - G. G. Gayman Executor of this my will, hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said testator, have to this my last- will and testament set my hand and seal the 12th day of March AD 1879
