Rudnick's, a family-owned bar and restaurant since 1982, was located along 10 Mile Road in the southeastern corner of Amwell Township. Known for its huge hamburgers and hoagies, it was a favorite spot for diners from Marianna, Pennsylvania. The restaurant closed in 2018, just two days before Christmas, when owners Sherry and Vince Rudnick decided to retire, according to an Observer-Reporter article.


Maybe our future doesn't have to be based upon the past.
