Washington County Earthquake October 15th, 2019

Apparently earthquakes in Pennsylvania aren't that uncommon. South Franklin Township (Washington County) had a 2.2 magnitude earthquake yesterday morning at 3 a.m. Here is the USGS list for  earthquakes in 2019 in Pennsylvania:
February 26-Shippensburg (Franklin & Cumberland) 1.1 magnitude
March 18-Whitfield (Berks) 1.1
April 10-Whitfield (Berks) 1.6 magnitude
April 11-Wernersville (Berks) 1.0 magnitude
June 13-Mifflintown (Juniata) 1.3 magnitude
June 13-Mifflintown (Juniata) 3.4 magnitude
July 19-Spring Ridge (Berks) 2.2 magnitude
August 18-Exton (Chester) 1.1 magnitude
August 20-East Petersburg (Lancaster) 1.0 magnitude
August 20-Wellsboro (Tioga) 2.3 magnitude (mining explosion)
August 27-Stormstown (Centre) 1.2 magnitude
September 15-East Berlin (Adams) 2.8 
October 15th-South Franklin Twp (Washington) 2.2 magnitude
