Kim Laskowsky is a borough resident and registered feral cat colony caretaker. Her dedication and commitment to reducing the feral cat population in the borough are inspiring. She has helped find homes for over 100 abandoned cats and has worked to trap, fix, tag, and release feral cats, many times first attempting to socialize them in hopes of finding them forever homes, at no cost to the borough.
