AUGUST-2nd-William B. Wollet, of Homestead, retires. Wollet was a former resident of Monongahela, according to an article in the Daily Herald, who had closed 46 years of service on the Monongahela Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad when he retired yesterday. In his early days with railroad, the article went on, Mr. Wollet worked as a baggage master with Conductor Bentley on the Ellsworth Branch, and he still vividly remembers the Marianna and Cincinnati mine disasters.
