JANUARY-6th-Marianna Mines are being put in shape for re-opening after a suspension of over a year, according to a report in the Daily Notes newspaper. Employment checks have been issued and orders are ahead for a run of several months, according to a report in the Daily Notes newspaper. 
APRIL-27th-A fire destroys a 3-story brick block in the heart of East Marianna at 9 p.m. The building was owned by James Hazlett of Pittsburgh, who conducted a pool room, barber shop and meat market on the first floor. The second floor contained apartments and the third floor was a lodge.
NOVEMBER-20th-Albert Berardinelli,1 year 9 months, died. Parents Geri Berardinelli and Filomena Gentile.
